The campuses of DeVry University and the Chamberlain College of Nursing will be open Tuesday, a day after they were closed because of an email that threatened "explosions,".
DeVry and Chamberlain's campuses were inspected with explosive-detecting dogs and nothing was found Monday, Ernie Gibble, a spokesman for DeVry Education Group.
Two "leaders of the Chamberlain campus in Addison" received an email Sunday night indicating explosions would go off through the
day.
The campuses were closed as a precaution while the searches were made. After consulting with law enforcement, DeVry officials decided it was safe to reopen Tuesday.
Officials were trying to trace the email.
